I know I did this on myself but this is my last hope I got booked by the police and he convicted me for producing false evidence, unsafe vehicle, no muffler, operating motor vechicle without innsurance. On the ticket it already gave me a day to go to court Sept 28.

My question is this

1) Can one of my family member appear on my behaf ( reason - me and my family are poor, I supposed to go away to London for a job at the end of july )

2) Can I still leave the country at the end of july to go to my job
