As to the USA tickets, I thought Only NY State tickets can be applied to our system? However if you return to any other state where you caught for, and didnt pay the ticket, you can be arrested. So basically, if you make it through NY without tickets, don't worry about any other tickets you might get, aslong as you dont plan on driving in that state again.

wow man ... for 2600 $ you could have bought 2 plane tickets to europe , and that would have solved more than this problem for you .

g1_racer where are you from that you can bribe the cops for 20 $ . In romania it's like 50 $ . But in western europe , you can't do that crap , they lock you up , HOWEVER , for 150 they won't even stop you .

130 is LEGAL
150 is TOLERATED
170 you get a warning
190 you get fined, but it won't ruin your life , just set you back a few hundred euros , definently few times cheaper than what you got

sucks for you guys beucase i went to western for 2 years and drove betwen london and toronto every other weekend. There is almost never any radar except for when your about 10-15km from getting off the highway to go to london. About 30% of the time there was radar there. Just bad luck, oh and the fact that your firend doesent live here is perfect. tell him to come back in 5 years and he will be clean

if he pays any fines hes a dumb mother ****er. tell him to prolong the trials and then just leve the country. if he doesnt care about returning here and driving anymore then he has nothing to worry about. ake sure you dont mention that hes leaving the country. just ask for an extension on the trial damte through the justice of the peace.

Dont hire those buggers they dont actually fight speeding tickets or traffic tickets. They simply bargain. Save yourself the money and the hassle of listnening to some guy talk like he is going to fight the ticket. Il tell you what. You go to court for a week straight and see if you here one of those X-copper type deals actually go to a trial, If you do let me know because il bet you you dont see one. Id be willing to put a pay cheque on it. Tell your buddy to go in himself and plea, they'll drop a few but make a few stick and when he says he is a stufent they will make sure to give him a break. Its intimidating but your gonna pay an x-copper guy probably $1500.00 to do the same thing. Just an FYI,

those x copper guys are useless. my old man tried them once and the fine went down like 15 bucks, cost him over 200. i used them once for a speeding ticket and they did no more for me than i would have done if i went in there alone. all they do is ask for a lower fine and thats it, nd usually with a lower fine comes les tickets. they church it up in the ofice saying they can have points dropped and give you the best case scenario along with the worst. but ive never heard of them hving a ticket dropped completely. it ended up costing me like 300 bucks for these guys and the ticket wasnt even worth that
