its cost me 1000 one side no accident i lost my license but never ask the insurance and continue paid it how much it cost you

Ontario insurance is not comparable to Quebec. Different system. The guys in the Gatineau area seem to have pretty cheap insurance rates compared to Ottawa.
Have a look at Ottawa Prelude Club Lots of the guys are on The QC side of the river and you can post in French if you like.
