i seen it said if the interior neons are visable from the outside its illegal, what about underglow, is white the only legal colour?

Wow I knew I was breaking some laws by taking all the emission control stuff off and changing my engine with a custom exhaust but damn. I totalled over 1350$ in fines, thats only if the cop is smart enough to notice whats missing....*evil* LOL
