Motion to Quash Citation
I have court on Tuesday. While reviewing my defence, I came up with two questions:
1) I want to make a motion to Quash the Citation (ticket) due to it showing the wrong township. When do I make that motion... Before my plea, or after?
2) I also want to have my charge defined as either Strict Liability or Absolute Liability. Can I argue this BEFORE my plea??
