I recently used Xcopper and was very unsatisfied with their performance.
Simply, the officer issued the 120 in an 80 ticket, and in my opinion, the person from Xcopper who represented me simply took a weak plea bargain of 25 over without fighting or bargaining anymore. In my opinion there was very little evidence on the side of the officer.



I just got into an accident which involved my car rolling over, and was charged with careless driving.

I was recommended "Spotts Paralegal Agency" in Mississauga, but I wanna know if you guys have any other good experiences with major tickets like this one.

They got my careless pled down to failure to shrae rd 2 points, he said if I wanted he could appeal for an extra 175 and guarantee a clean record, i said **** it.

Xcopper is the same as the you’re recommending. Its all the same, plea yourself down, don’t waste your time.. But if Dror will put it in writing that he will WIN with no charges and no plea then go to him, but make sure its in writing so that when you get raped by him he'll pay your fines and car insurance rates.. Its all the same !

Serious note, these fools are idiots. Don’t waste your money, fight it yourself.

Better yet, if you’re scared to fight it yourself, hire a clown to go in with you, least it’ll be entertaining and worth the money.

he did put it in writing for me so thats good nuf and he charged me alot less then what xcopper quoted me. I dunno i think I mad a good decision hiring a paralegal, sure u can defend urself but id rather have someone with experiance.

scan and paste.. there is no gaurentee except if they lose you get your money, and they never lose cause they plea.

Scan your contract.. Cause im sure it doesnt say he'll pay your insurance when it goes up.

I dont know what happend with your ticket but i want to point out a few things

The paralegal could have went to fight it, and probably lost and left you with the original fee.

Now that they are licensed. they have to be very carefull when they go to trial when they dont.

As for x-copper, yeh the owners were a joke. But they went bankrupt! The new owners are pritty good thought.

Anyway, there is an alternative. There are tones of decent paralegals out there! problem is finding them is a bit of a pain.

It basically has all the traffic ticket defence paralegals/lawyers by Province and Court. Very handy.
