I hope they throw the book at you, both the courts and the insurance company. Its people like you that should be rotting in a jail cell. Maybe you will think twice about what you did if some cop showed up on your doorstep to tell you your mom or dad was killed by a some dick driving drunk. How dare you come online and ask for help . You should be ashamed.

I don't think it's that bad - or maybe it's just a downtown court thing. Being able to afford a good lawyer does better your odds though, and being able to afford a toxicologist can better them some more.
If you can't fine them into submission, let the lawyer's fees grind them down. ;-)

this was linkz's response to my rant in this thread. Do you think he has any remorse for what he did. I dont think so. See my parents are very well still alive, I was just trying to get my point across. That DUI is a stupid offense with very real consequences. But being linkz has no common sense , I leave it to everyone else whether they want to help this loser or not.

Why do people even ever bother coming and asking for help?
I'm not saying what he did was right, far from it, but he doesnt deserve to "rot in a jail cell" the rest of his days. I mean common, everybody has been affected by drunk drivers, but throwing people in jail cells doesnt solve problems. Unless youve never done anything illegal, or put sombody else in danger, then maybe you should look at your own life a second before judging sombody else without even knowing the full situation.
