New York State Speeding Ticket
Morning All,
Just wondering if anyone here has any experience fighting tickets issued in upstate New York.
I managed to get stopped and ticketed at around 3am about 500 feet from the bridge to Canada this past weekend. No idea where the trooper was hiding, but he was extremely good at it whereever he was.
Cited for 84 in a 65 on I-81. Filed 'not-guilty' plea Tuesday (NY State gives you only 48 hours to file).
If anyone has any experience with tickets in upstate New York and has any helpful pointers, I'd appreciate hearing them. I've been doing my homework online, but there's no substitute for experience.
Anyone with comments of an unhelpful or condescending nature can kindly keep them to themselves.
