well, heres the situation.
one of my lady freinds was driving 106 in a 80 zone, got nabed, and the opp officer droped it to 99, she told the cop she was doing 80 beacuase thats what the cruise control said. then the cop turns around and tells her she has a faulty vehicle. she has to go to guelph to fight it..anything she can do?

Fight it. Tell her to ask for a meeting of resolution. That should get it dropped down to the 15 over level.
