Red light camera can't prove WHO was driving, so its only a fine.

Yah if you get the letter ur fine. Red Light Cameras never give points, shouldn't effect insurance either, its just a cash grab.

Yeah, but he'll think twice about running a red light next time. 90 seconds saved, but $180 lost.

Ask for a first attendance meeting.. it usually gets your fine dropped to $90 in most cases. It's worth a try.
