Clearance Lights HTA 62(10)
That officer is not the brightest light bulb (pardon the pun from the offence)
Read HTA 62(10)
Refers to wide vehicles, namely commercial motor vehicles, also further stipulates the vehicle has to be wider than 2.05 metres
So at least the signal offence was written on the wrong section of the HTA so it will be thrown out.....unless of course you were in a commercial motor vehicle and the officer measured the width of your vehicle.......and a Ford Crown Vic is only 1.98m wide.

as it applies to the lights: install the proper bulbs/reflectors and get some pictures.
for the paperwork: bring it with you to court
by doing those things they may just drop them right off - happened to me for a license plate ticket
as for the speeding 50 over is 6 points according to the MTO website, best possible case is it is reduced to 49 over and then its only 4 points. They usually only reduce by 1 level: i.e. 50+ to 30-49km over.
But the best bet is to get a lawyer; remember the man who serves as his own laywer has a fool for a client.
and also getting legal advice from internet forums is like eating at Taco Bell; may taste good at first but you just end up with the *****

gotta hate the whole double ticket thing.. one time i was just going through a ride program, and the cop told me to pull to the side to tell me my lights are ilegal.. but the where bright yellowish orange. (they are those blazer fog lights you get from crappy tire and when they are off, the glass looks blue but when you turn them on, they are yellow) I said, no they are legal, so he made me get out and he said, i see a bit of blue in the light. I'm like whatever... got back in my car and drove off.. cause i was holiding up traffic.. picky *** bastards...

Its old, but ill update this thread.
The speeding ticket was brought down 100 on a 100 zone. Lawyer told me something like, they cant make a ticket disapear. Its on record but it was reduced to a no speeding ticket. Was doing roughly 180 at the time.
Not having the papers, showed I had my papers, just not at the time and it got cleared.
Lights, dunno how, but I got busted for clear lights. Ticket was reduced to 40$ instead of the 110$

that some serious . I definetly think you should go to x-coppers especially since he dint do you any favours like dropping the speed.
x-coppers are one of the more expensive places but compare the 800 dollars they may make you pay, to the leap in insurance that youre gonna have to pay and you will save a couple grand over the next three years. And with tikets such as that they could definelty get your points off and more. so its up to you.
