a story to share with all.
I was on my way from basketball, tonight around 12:30 or so i pulled out of the bank drive through,
probaly had the worst police experience i ever had,
i have a lot of respect for the police in york region because i got into an accident and the police that i delt with was a nice man, who helped me. not gonna go into details but i was not at fault.
anywas back on the subject, so i deposited my check, and came out of the drive through, i admit i have a heavy feet but i wasnt letting go of the cluth doing a burn out or speeding anything, he pulled me over, and asked where did come from, i said basketball, he said where, i said the name of the community center, and he asked kept on asking me where did i just come from, i said the bank, he said where did you just come from, i said the bank i just deposited my check, where did you come from? i pointed right behind me, another officer came into my passenger seat and said we got u on camera, so tell me what u were doing, they said i was speeding, which i wasnt really speeding at all, they wanted me to admit i was speeding so i said, i might have drove a little above the speed limit, perhaps 5km? 10km? i dono?
but i dont think its enough to pull me over and talk lk that, anyways he said he will put my liscence information in the intelligence system and if i get pulled over for anything even not signaling i will get inpounded.
so... is there such law or such system?

york cops are filthy pigs who need to get sodomized by angry bikers in prison. theyre all dicks. ive never had a good experience with york pigs and im always very polite to the law. never admit to speeding if they ask always say you were going the speed limit, even a couple under. no matter what they say always deny speeding

I dont understand why you dont just file a complaint. A cop may be a cop but nonetheless he is not allowed to make you admit anything your not guilty off. Obviously theres more to this story but if I was you, next time, get their names, and badge numbers and go file a complaint. If you did something like rev your exhaust and what not, then you dont have anyone to blame but yourself.
Dont make yourself a target.

thanks for all the useful information, many of my co-workers said i should of asked for a supervisor or get their badge number and they will treat me a whole lot better, i wasnt being very offensive, i was being very polite.

at the same time you ask for a superviser and theyre gonna take note of your car and stop you for random bullshit. so sometimes it just better to put on a eating grin and play along with them

There is no law that allows the police to arbitrarily impound your vehicle the next time they see or pull you over because of some previous traffic offence, unless it was something that they have a warrant on you for. But that should of course be fairly obvious.
Obviously just police just doing what they do best, intimidation.
