Give it another 5 - 10 years and they'll take your drivers license for going 110 on the highway and you will actually think it's normal because ... **** ... it's what they say ... if they decided that ... then that's probably how it has to be . even though it sux ... they know better ... so we'll watch some videos of old people dooing retarded stuff to forget all about it.

Congratulations
Right on spot there, amazing that there was like what 3 shooting sand murders last Saturday not to mention the two boys who got shot in their Land Rover. And wait what does David Miller suggest that the federal Government cracks down on gun control. They wanna disarm the few of us that are armed before putting us under a total military dictatorship.

If anyone follows this stuff closely you'll know the UK is basically everything that was mentioned in 1984 and if you understood the Patriot Act for our American buddies you'd realize what all this implicates.

Ghost riding and drifting have been around for nearly a hundred years.

The big difference is the internet technology so it can be appreciated by a large viewing audience.

Hire a paralegal it's less than half the price and just as effective.
No, I'm not a paralegal but when I was researching my book about the illegal street racing legislation, I checked out the rates.

Paralegals cost between $800 and $1500 per case.

Depending on the seriousness of the crime.

Racing law is discriminatory. Just because you are 50 over you are automatically defined as "Racing". Dumb. They do this so lawyers can cash in and GTP can increase.

Europe....totally different....

Dimitri is an unknown quantity at this point
"stopping or slowing down a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates the driver’s sole intention in stopping or slowing down is to interfere with the movement of another vehicle by cutting off its passage on the highway or to cause another vehicle to stop or slow down in circumstances where the other vehicle would not ordinarily do so"

So I guess brake-checks are outta the question with this one lol!

The law was not put in place to put money in lawyers' pockets. In fact the lawyers, paralegals and judges in general oppose the way the law is written since the legislators did such a poor job of it. Poorly written legislation is no one's friend in a courtroom except the police in this case and they are not unanimous either but they have to abide by it regardless.

As pointed out in my book, the government may have to pay all of the money back. Unlikely but a distinct possibility. At that point whatever the lawyers made would become nearly meaningless.

Brake checks aren't normally done directly in front of or anywhere near another vehicle. In fact brake checks are usually done with no other vehicles in sight except maybe those of your friends.

Stunt Driving

the worst thing is that the officer will suspend your licence right away for 7 days...when did they become a judge?? what if you are found innocent at your trial? then you are still held responsible for the towing fees! then you end up still paying for something you didnt even do!

there is a petition here that you can sign... http://www.petitiononline.com/civil013/petition.html
