Unbelievable Police Harassment!!!My Story

Clearly, you're a douche.
get a good lawyer, invest some time and money into this case and find out every charge you can use against the officer. and heres the number for the toronto star, try and attract some publicity you wont belive how much it helps. you might even end up with some kind of compensation, good luck
... He gets out of his car and comes up gun drawn and opens my door and says "get the **** out" so I did he was searching me then proceeded to search my car for drugs and guns. He instructed me to walk over to (my friend) the bitch cop, yes she was a girl. When I turn around no word of a lie I had like 20 guns in my face and her searching me, saying she "saw me with the gun!". I just laughed at them because I think Canadian cops can't just gun you down. There's a couple more stories if you want more. Your experience was complete bullshit but I have some REALLY bad ones.
P.S. Just don't put a stupid loud exhaust on unless you have power and need it!.

Secondly, if they were searching you for drugs, they wouldn't have drawn their weapons.
Thirdly, there is no way you had "20 guns in your face". What you're describing is what happens in the US. No police service in Canada sends that many officers as backup to roadside search. Maybe like 3 other officers, but not 20.
Do you actually believe that this bullshit attitude towards authority proves anything? Does it make you cool around all your little ****tard buddies? No it doesn't. The only thing it proves is that you never got a good taste of discipline when you were younger.
Next time someone hits your mom or steals your , call a crackhead.... see how much he cares.

Have to love some fool with an Equinox speaking as though he has a clue. 50 bucks says you vote liberal or NDP because clearly, you believe in law enforcement officers running rampant with ZERO regulation. Newsflash: The police should be accountable for their actions - To the general public but even more importantly, to the civilians that they WRONGFULLY accuse of illegal activity. I don't give a flying **** if you want to make the argument that they "have the right" to pull somebody over due to some unbased suspicion(in other words, 9 times out of 10). To not only myself, but the majority of the people on this board, it's a violation of our rights and it's a prime example of law enforcement officers NOT doing their job; and that is to enforce the laws of the land. Have to love leftist swine who don't even value their own freedoms.
Evidently, he had a reason to pull you over. People need to realize that a cop has the authority to pull you over on a mere suspicion that you may have broken or will break a law. And, by you trying to prove how wrong he was to begin with, probably pissed him off more and didn't help the situation. If you knew you had done nothing wrong, shut your mouth, take the ticket, and fight it.
Clearly, you're a douche.
Absolutely.
You're an idiot too.
Firstly, if he had his gun drawn, you would've been arrested guaranteed. Police officers aren't just idiots with guns that drive around looking to bust people's *****. They obviously had gotten information regarding you having a firearm in your possession.

Umm as a citizen you have a right to ask for badge number, and division. If you are refused write down the cruiser licence plate. Make sure to have paper and pen handy to describe the officers look, and critical features for your report, the area you were pulled over and recount the situation as it happens and make sure to record the circumstances as they happend fresh. Sign and date the account. If the officer refuses to provide you his badge number, or show you the badge number, and tell you his division, remember the general area you were pulled over at, this way you can do some research to at least find out what division is servicing that area. Make sure to record that he did not give you his identifiers on your report account at the scene. Always have paper.. I know its hard to do but first of all do not panic, they can pull you over at any time. The key is not to panic, be fresh and remember and witness everything like a hawk, and answer only when asked, and very briefly to the point. Than file a citizen's complaint report, make sure to bring evidence to the police station.
Trust me 9 out of 10 times.... police - not all .. but some adrenaline junkeys pray on the panic and intimidation that their sirens and cruiser emit on the public(SHOCK effect), just remain calm relaxed and answer just to the point. Keep a clear head, and always write down what happened fresh, cops have to do a report too. I have seen cops grilled at court cases for not being able to recount clearly what happened, and any inconsistancies regard suspicion on both parties. I seen a judge ridicule a cop for presenting inadequate evidence.. it was funny .
Hope this helps.

Wow. That was interesting.
I guess back on the subject of police harrassment, while driving my lebaron (sport car i guess), I made the misfortune of not seeing a flashing school zone sign. I really can't argue the ticket. I was doing 37 mph in a school zone (speed limit 20.) I thought it was during off hours and the speed limit was 35. But i was wrong, and accept the ticket, even though I was pretty much following the flow of traffic. I was annoyed that I was the one that was singled out,
This was back in feb 08 so the exact conversation is kinda fuzzy, but this is about the gist of it.
Stereotypical "do you know how fast you were going? It's a school zone." I calmly stated, "I'm sorry, I didn't see the sign. I didn't know it was a school zone." Well, the cop the started screaming at me. "YEAH LIKE YOU DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS A SCHOOL ZONE, WHEN YOU'RE FLYING PAST ALL THESE LITTLE KIDS! THAT'S BULL! TELL ME YOU DIDN'T KNOW!" He called me reckless or something to that extent. But the whole time I'm thinking, what kids? The sidewalks were bare. I mean what the ****. He wrote me a 140 dollar ticket and told me to slow down and I was on my way.

My wife knows the stories, been with me a couple times they've happened. i laugh it off, we all have our ignorant work days. Just keep in mind, they wake up in hopes to come back home at the end of their shift.. We all do, but we all don't have a history where our work as involved one of our peers being shot due to a routine traffic stop.

And it was actually 45 minutes. I knew this because we missed the first showing of movie we were going to see.
secondly, cops do need to be held accountable. Im glad that officer was charged under the "street racing" law and punished. the officer is no different then the rest of us.

everytime i take my car out the cop pull me over and give me tickets and one cop told me that he had to give me a ticket because he had pulled me over and the camera was on and if he didn't he would get in .... now how messed up is that, that they can mess up my day as long as it not theres and cop r getting bad and it has nothing to do with a flash car or anything like that..... because i parked my car outside of my house and when i went to go out the cop were out there talking to some lady he had just hit and when i went to get in my car they asked me if it was my car i said yes and they asked to see my license and insurance i gave it to him and asked y he wanted to see them when my car had been parked and i was just going to it and he said routine traffice check and gave me a ticket saying i had an improper muffler and it's the muffler that my car and all skylines are made with it's a stander muffler...and all this was at 8:00am in the morning

FIGHT EVERYTHING!!
I was in court recently 9am... while waiting for my trial 45minutes they processed through about 20 people who plead guilty to lower offences... FOOLS! Insurance doesn't care about points, but rather about convictions. If even half of these tards went to trial the whole damn system would grind to a halt and everyone would get off... GOD DAMN FOOLS!!!!
P.S 2tone you're such a hater lol
