Hey all mabye someone can help me with this one.
A cop pulled me over the other day and said I was going alfully fast
(second gear pull) the time was 7:45 am. After sitting aside the road he finaly gave me a ticket for "unesasary noise" $110. He said I had a modified exhaust.
I'm running a B16 with headers a cat converter, greddy cat back with a resignator.
I think the ticket is boguss but should I try fighting it????

well what where you going? I don't think they can give you a ticket for what he did unless you had your music cranked

if your exhaust is too loud you can get a ticket for it. as you found out. go to court, itll get dropped a few bucks

Unfortunately noise is left up to the officers discretion.
