Ok for starters im 15....

I own a 89 180SX which i bought with my own saved up money a few weeks ago, I usually just drive around the yard, but today i went to move the car outside the yard and park it on the street but the coppers caught me and tried to accuse me of driving it around the area a few times, when i didnt. Is there anyway that I can prove them wrong at all?

There are several extra provisions that have to be followed in order to prosecute minors under the Provincial Offences Act. It is not as straightforward as adult offenders. Your parents are going to have to be involved as well.

You may want to start by going to the library and trying to find the following:
John P. Allen's "Defending Provincial Offence Cases in Ontario".

There are some sections in this book that cover young offenders.
