Sure you were... they always write out parking tickets on people for no reason.

By the way, permit parking starts at 12:01am. You got the ticket at 11:55pm. Odds are good that ten minutes later a spot or more would have opened up as people come running out to rescue their non-permitted car cars from the permit-parking ticket run.

yes i can do that, but i work in the construction business and i get home between 9 and 10 so your telling me that i have to wait in my van for 2 to 3 hours until someone leaves. nice.

ariight guys thanks for your comments, i guess i learnt my lesson, wait until 12 to get a park and keep driving around until i do.

Well, you can always park on another street a little further away, or you can park illegally and risk getting a ticket. That's just life in the city, same for everyone.

But you already know that, don't you?

Sure would be a pity if one would have to park a little farther away and WALK a block to their house.
