i have yellow headlamps, i got pulled over 3 times last week for just a check and all three times nothing for the headlamps...my fogs are wired to come on with the headlamps, and i took out the shield from the back so they are twice as bright....drive by cops all the time and they dont even watch....

When it states White or Amber ONLY, it isnt saying you have the choice of your headlight being either or, it is saying that the lamps can consist of both, in which case white being the head light and amber being the signal,... that is the only problem i see, But i do agree, Fight it for all its worth, the cop was prolly just haveing a bad day,....

You may be right, but I just read the section again and I don't see where it says the headlights MUST be white. It discusses the "intensity" of the required lights, but doesn't distinguish between white and amber as listed at the beginning of the section.

I hope someone replys with the judges comments on this issue.
