Forget the exhaust and go with one of these cutouts. (check video at the bottom) Just found these and its one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" things :)

Cheaper and flows more, while keeping stock sound for daily driving. Biggest mistake I ever did with my car was spend money on a cat-back. with a 3" downpipe and test-pipe (no cat), changing the rest of the exhaust did absolutely nothing for power. Just made it loud ALL the time. Money well-spent in other areas.

then jus get a electronic dump valve so u can open and close it depending on what u are doing

chip that ecu boost controller and your doing mid 13's no problem my boy has a 1.8T and i have a 90civic with a type R in it and he keeps up and hes runnin stalk turbo ...just do some reading.
