front lip

i just bought the 337 front lip for my 2000 golf, and was wondering if any had any tips on how to take off the stock lip, or any thing i should look out for , and the fastest and easiest way

I think they are just clipped in. I havent really looked at it at all. My next car will come stock with a 20th lip
