installing deck and sub.

Can someone please tell me where the amp is in the monsoon system. Im looking to add a sub with its own amp obviously. Can i take the remote wire off the existing amp for the new amp and if so what colour is it?. I will be running a new power/ground wire for the new amp ofcourse.

thanks for the help. if you have a link to show this, please do put it up

First of all, which car is this for? 2nd, the stock monsoon amp blows and it will hardly power a sub so upgrade before you blow something..

opps sorry to mention that. Its an 01 golf gls. im not using the monsoon amp to amp my sub. ill be upgrading the speakers later, just got the car so funds are low right now for speakers and amp. I just want to use the remote wire off the monsoon amp to turn on my sub amp. make sense?

also i checked on the net today for the wiring harness for the deck and noticed its only a 2 part connector whereas the monsoon deck has 3 connecters to it. (if that makes sense). should i be looking for a different wire harness?
