Hey, my friends city Jetta has some problems.. the tranny shifts from 2 to 1 going too fast( its like an agressive downshift to first, and the person does not know how to drive stick well. It is an auto transmission. 4 speed? and not tiptronic.. ), its an agressive jolt, and its pissing his wife off.. dealership says its normal.. but it really isnt.

seccond, pull the handle to open his door, it opens 1cm, then gats caught, then you have to pull handle again for it to actually swing open.. it seems to do it at random. never when the dealership has it. but ive driven it and it does it at random, regardless how you lock/unlock it, it happens.. dealership says they took it all apart and reassembled it....

ANY ideas?! has anyone had these problemss?

Is this car really a lemon?? :S
