WTB: CERT paper for my car..
I need a cert paper for my car.. it won't pass around here cause of a hole in the rocker.. everything else is good to go.. It sucks that no one will look over the hole.. its not even that bad.. but there so harsh about that here..
Is there anyone who will over look a hole in the rocker?????
