engine problems?
i have a 1989 integra my car one day just didnt turn on, the engine turn so its not the timing belt, and all the spark plugs are new,

First check should be your electrical system...Battery, starter, alternator, coil, etc. If everything checks out here take it to your local repair facility for diagnostics.
