BMW with awd is not a bad choice. The 330xi is a real nice drivers car all year around. But Audi definitively has a better feeling for interior and just how a door should sound when it shuts. I have a B5 and it has run over 310.000 km, it hasn't been faultless but it has been good miles.

Have you gone for test drive of both of them? Firstly go for it and then if you still got any confusion then I would suggest that you go and get the quotes for both of the cars and then compare the features and go with the one who satisfy most of your requirements. As simple as that.
