That engine probably has port work, cams and valve train work. An exhaust, an intake filter and a cheap AFR to tune with.

It is probably putting out about what a stock Twin turbo mk4 does, so it runs mid-low 13's or better.

And with what $2500-$3000 in work?

You think you could build a 960hp turbo mk4 for $3000? Let alone the $10 000 more the initial car costs...?

i thought i saw an intake manifold aswell, and we donno if he has the bottom end done (higher comp maybe?)

That intake manifold was a polished stock N/A manifold.
