Whats the benefit of having hollow sway bars as opposed to solid ones? I thought the solid ones would be stonger...

That's what I always thought too but after a lot of research and talking to the guys that really know what their talking about the solid ones aren't any stronger, only heavier. And quite a bit heavier at that.
Plus the Strano bars and known as being the best out there bar none.

I was going to just buy the ones from BMR.....but I guess I should take a look at the Strano ones.
