He's a good friend of mine, we have a bunch of work planned this spring and a trip to the dyno for some tuning

I can definatley arrange this car to be at a meet. as long as it's fairly local. it's pretty loud on the highway

So, why don't you call this car out. I'm sure your cavy would fair well....

We really hope to get this car into the 9s, sorta. once you hit 9s there is more required safety equipment, and this car has a great cage. it'll just need more bars. BTW those Pics of the rear show the slicks that were on a grand national, they didn't last long on the camaro, it has some really big et streets now

Its a stage block or as some call it a nascar block.
They used them in the nascar busch series back in the 80s when they ran 6 cylinder engines.
The stage block is based on the buick v6. I think it has the same bore as the caddilac 4.1 witch is a buick v6.
It would be the equivalent of a bow tie block for chevy or a ford motorsport block for ford.

It all depends on what crank they have in it and what it has been bored to if at all. I`m not sure whats all done to this engine.
Putting one in your cav would be an interesting project.

uchi...If only I'd the cash to get the Richmond 5-spd for the '67, I'd gladly step up for some autocrossing to pass judgement down to the Cavy.

Right now I'm trying to find a Catera in or around Toronto that's not a total shitbox (body/interior wise). LSx swap what?
