That is jokes... I could never understand why OPP cars had that huge black thing in the front though. Is it suppose to run u off the road or something?

I guess they could always use them to push stalled or wrecked cars onto the shoulder if there weren't any tow trucks around. The bars don't go across the front, they just go up and down.
