saw him after he got back. the car is fine and it runs.

the motor DID NOT blowup/lockup either at the track/cruise/trailer. that was just some BS that someone came up with for print.

he had problems with the fuel cell cap not venting properly it balooned and cracked. it was repaired, and they went on the cruise. at the track he wasn't going to go full on with the tank issue. so he cruised down the track to get his name on paper and to get the points. a couple cars didn't make it past the cruise.

he says it will make a few races this summer. motor is electromotive EFI, 3rotor, slidevalved, intercooled, turbo.

it clocked about 1200kms on the street last summer when it was black and normally aspirated:

some people might know him from the VW bus he had out a few years ago. for those that don't know, it had a porsche 915 tranny, 2.7L RSR spec turbo motor. ridding on 17's with mercedes 4 wheel disks. huge stereo with 8 12's and cameras/lcd's for side mirrors.
