E30 intake manifold

the manifold is not my design, i just did some machine work on the flange and put it all together for the customer. everything else, except for the vacuum manifold block, fuel rail brackets and the throttle cable mounting bracket was provided. i was trying my hardest to convince the customer to do it differently, but space and time were finite.

Hey Aaron...thanks for all the help and doing all the work in suck a short time, couldn't have finished the car without your help.

BTW...got the car running on the weekend, found a few problems that need to be worked out...here's a few recent pics.

i didn't design it, i just built it. if you want something similar, i can probably help you out. i was trying to convince the owner to go with a better flowing design, but space was an issue and that is the reason for this design.

Hi Aaron,

I have seen some great designs such as the ones horsepowerfreaks.com sell, but they are way to expensive and do not fit my particular model. There is another shop that can design one for me but they are asking way too much ($400.00) for the manifold.

I am not looking for something really fancy just something that works and that evens out the air to the pistons.

Please let me know how we could achieve this in the least expensive way. I have already spent like $8,000 and I am running low on funds.

I appreciate your reply - I hope we can work something out.

Sal
