Hello Everyone! I drive a 98 Honda Civic and the winshield wipers just come on by themselves and I can't turn them off. It's really werid. They stay in the up position too they won't go down. I tried taking it to the shop and they said they have never heard of this problem before. What should I do? IT makes the car look tacky....

well, here's your first problem.... You bought a Honda! Sorry I couldn't resist my hubby would be so proud to see me insult a Honda driver. Good luck though, seriously that sucks
