Audiobahn...

the guy i know that works at circuit city was talking to me today and i said i was looking for something cheaper but still good quality, and he said he could get me pretty much anything but he reccomended Audiobahn and said he would get me a list of models for subs and amps i think, then i could go online and look and see which ones i like. is Audiobahn a good brand? any opinions? thanks

audiobahn is one of the worst rated companies out there (pyle/pyramid rates higher with most of the people I talked to), you want cheap but halfass decent go ma audio, or boss

most of the stuff i read baout them seemed like good reviews and stuff. idk tho. im gonna try to get some similar stuff to what he has. polk momo subs and amp also and an alpine head unit. theres really no other head units ive seen that i like besides the newer alpine ones, and i really like the polk momo subs, and with his amp its cool cause it has a cover that hides all the wiring, thought that was kinda cool. im gonna talk to him he said i will prolly end up spending around 150 bucks tho so i should be getting an awesome deal

2Poor4Z is an unknown quantity at this point
from what i know.. they have a few decent components.. loud subs but def bad sound quality and not really a good company to deal with..

kind of high priced too..

if you want decent bass.. middle of thel ine kinda stuff... thne go with someone like Volfenhag or SPL.. all of their stuff puts out lots of bass.. and is very very cheap..

def not the highest rated stuff around but its loud esp for the price.

LOL, not sure about Polk. I used to love their speakers, but when they teamed with MOMO...I lost all respect for them. I mean MOMO? If Alpine signed up with NOS, and made an 8" Alpine Nitrous Bottle (like Bazooka), I would drive there and shoot every single employee that ever worked for the company. As for subs decently priced yet kickass....BUY FROM EBAY. Seriously...they sell Alpine Type R's for like $50. Who cares about a warranty when you can buy more for 1/4th the retail value? Rock on Rockford Fan, we know quality when we hear it. I also like Boston Acoustics subs, and Alumapro, but as quality goes up, your wallet goes down. Story of my life...

I know they can have things copied and stuff, but somethings you can't have reproduced. Alpine has their named cut out of the frame. You can't copy something like that for cheap. I have seen Alpine rip offs, and some things just can't be duplicated and still save money.
