Best Car Alarm?

Shopping around for a newer one and want to here what your using and what you think is the best.

Yes i know about boomerang but not willing to go there yet!

Fill me in with the makes and models you have found to be the best.

yea i have a viper alarm model # like..700 i think .. works amazing.. i love it..
i'd deff buy another one..

or u could get oneof those "bulldog" alarms from walmart where u just gotta clip the siren on to ur battery haha

Compustar.......pager upto i think a mile (good in most malls) alerts of whats being done to car.....also there is a thing on the windshield that says knock here to page driver....its a very good alarm abit pricy but worth every penny....all the guys that work at stereo shops i know are throwing it in :thumbsup

Compustars are over rated... as is any pager alarm....

Just get a good alarm... IMO something from DEI (Viper, or Clifford - which I like best)... Because once u'r out of range with tho's 2-way alarms, the pager part is useless... and trust me u'r out of range 80% of the time anyways.

And once feel it nessessary, just get Boom II.

Viper is the best for quality for sure, I sell Compustar and viper, I say Viper. The 5900 has a mile range and is bullet proof. Viper is FCC approved and works better on the newer cars.
