Im looking for a stereo system for my 95 Z-28. I was curious on who has put what in there car and how it sounds. I for the most part am a rockaholic and i would like to hear the opinions on what are the best speakers and amplifiers for my car. I dont really care if i put a sub in the car cause im not a rap person, but ne suggestions on how to make a nice stereo system would be nice.

Subs help all kinds of music, i listen to mostly rock and metal and they make it sound alot better, the drum bass sounds sweet. I am running 2 rockford fosgate p2 12's with a xplod 1200 amp. all depends on preference, a good set of 12's will make it sound really good, but you also need a good box.Upgrade everything and run all the speakers off amplifiers with crossovers for teh best sound
