Dude you need to look into a full coilover setup as mentioned before i also ride Tein SS full coilovers and the rid is amazing not bouncy at all. There are many options just choose what suits your budget.

You could just cut the springs for a easy fix, but obviously not the best option.

im not trying to trash this thread with negativity cause im a lowrider guy...i love mini trucks and dumped jdm hondas...but the fact is for how low u can legaly go...u can be charged for having a 0.1 inch drop...
its the cops discretion...the 4 inch dropped hatches scrapping potholes...are grabbing those officers attention thats all...

these new "street racing laws" prohibit ANY modifications to ANY technical aspect of your car. thus...ur mother in an 07 escalade with 22's could becharged...

odds off getting in trouble are slim...but lower at your own risk...as it IS illegal

yea, i don't think it is a law either. remembering past threads i've read, i think you can go as low as you want as long as you aren't rubbing and don't create safety issues like with cutting springs, blown shocks etc. i also believe that if you're slammed (or close to it) and get a cop in a bad move, he can call up your insurance co and tell them you're slammed and if you didn't tell them beforehand, they may drop you depending on the company etc. (?)

thats the point...its the officers discretion...but the bottom line is...ur not allowed to modify in any way...
for example...it is illegal to change ur own brake pads...we all do it...its as easy as making toast but its illegal unless ur a licensed mechanic...

there are soooo many laws that arnt enforced...just so the officer CAN use it if he wishes...
