underbody neons are legal to have on while driving here.. as long as none of the actual bulb is exposed and its just the glow that you see. im not sure about interior ones but i think its the same sort of deal

it depends on state and color actually
some states are different..
as far as i know some neon should be legal in all states..
this would be red on the rear, amber or orange/yellow on the sides, and white on the front should be legal in all states in those locations. not positive tho
the color and location cordination is due to those colors belonging in those locations.. side markers are amber, tailights are red, and headlights/fogs are white so.
