First i'll start with the 3.8:

Clear Image Automotive Headers

These are probably the best, and most expensive. with the headers, y-pipe, and gaskets, satin finish is about $585 and ceramic coated is $605.

RKSport Headers

These are still expensive, and have been known to leak at the flanges. price is $490 for ceramic coated, however these since these are "off road only" i assume that means they do NOT have provisions for O2 sensors, so you would also need some O2 sims.

PaceSetter Headers
