jack up the front end a little bit - there are two 10mm bolts holding up an access panel - take those off. Once the panel is off, just reach up and change the bulb.

uh...thats not how it works at all...

under the front bumper there are three clips holding it to the "frame". remove those and then you can reach your hands in and attempt to remove the bulb from behind.

i take the easier approach. on the sides of the fogs there are small clips that can be removed...once you remove both of those remove the adjustment screw (this might not be necessary...i forget). then you can take the whole light out and just change the bulb.

make sure when you're trying to get the clips and screws off that you have a piece of paper behind the light so the screws, etc don't fall inside the front fascia

oh you mean the panels on the side under the corner lenses? theres more than two 10 mm bolts...there are six 10 mm and two 8 mm holding it to the air dam.
