Post 94 Camaro with 95 camaro Tranny.

Last friday my transmission ****** up, To make a long story short i burned up some ****. So Just last night I had put a Transmission from a 95 camaro into my 94 3.4l camaro. Question is....In the "plugin" port i guess...there is one extra little port in the 95 tranny...the rest of the tranny's both seem the same except this one little thing. Which had me worries that this 95 tranny wouldnt be compatable, but so far its doin good. Any comments on this little differents? whats the purpose of this extra little prong?

I would have to guess that it's a sensor may be an added trouble code on the '95s

It was the front berring that came lose and i guess slowly over time the seal will sorta spin out and in (which means i must have been leaking trans fluid overtime) and apparently last friday night the bushing came all the way out and all the fluid had spilled out and I miust have drove it no more than a few blocks when i noticed the gears wouldnt shift. Then i came to a red light and pooff! smoke apeard and that was that. Now im trying to decide which kind of exhaust to get...id LIKE a borla catback, but i have read the post on this and most ppl say magnaflow is good on v6's.

if you want a Borla, you should go for it. They sound awesome. A lot of people would prefer to have one over what they do have, but the cost is a lot more. That's what stopped me from getting one.

borla is probably the highest quality exhaust but you pay for it, magnaflow is decent for the cheap ones
