If she is truely illegal the only thing that will happen is she will get deported- but at least you won't have to worry about her hitting you again. But if she didn't have any ID, I would be surprised if you are even able to find her again.

And like Paar said- not sure where you are from, but there are more and more people in our country that don't speak a lick of english- but there is one universal language that almost everyone can understand- "GLOCK .40 in your face"- typically gets everyone to comply with what you want them to do.
