VRE-Project Supercharged '94 Trans Am
This project consisted of transforming this 1994 Trans Am daily driver into a winner at the strip. It came to us with blown engine from the Powerdyne it previously had. We built a fully forged 355ci engine to accomidate the 20# of boost, from the new Vortech supercharger the customer(cjmatt) would like to run. The short block consisted of a Callies Dragonslayer crankshaft, Compstar connecting rods, and Diamond Pistons. We finished it off with a LT1 mainfold, unported LT1 cylinder heads, ATI damper and CSI electric water pump.
We dynoed this past Saturday and were very pleased with the results 518/467 at only 10psi. Plans are to upgrade the fuel pump from a single 255lph to the dual in-tank setup, and then put on the smaller pulley.

How much would that motor cost installed? I have a 94 Z28 with a LT4 hot cam package and some other goodies. Would there be anything I would need to change in my motor for that to fit it?

That engine was roughly $5000.00 which included Callies Dragonslayer 3.480" stroke crankshaft, Compstar 6.000" connecting rods, Custom Diamond Pistons, Total Seal AP Series rings, Callies Splayed Main Caps, and ARP Main Studs. Installation is $1000.00, and dyno/tuning is $500.00.
