ABS INOP????

Ok so my ABS inop light came on today. What does that mean? What could be wrong with it and where could i go to find out? How much?
Also i just switched the spoilers in the back (Stock to a SS) and i had to connect the new 3rd brake light and take the old one out. Could messing with that do anything. IT worked fine then i switched spoilers and now the light comes on. Thanks for the help guys

The list of possibilities for an ABS inop light is so large I cant even try to diagnose it here without the car.

ok ill be honest that i dont understand that relay diagram.
I fixed the problem however. So far the ABS light hasnt come back on.

What i did was take the old wires and cross them with the new wires. Red with red and black with black. Is that bad? Is there something that im missing or will that do the trick?
