Angry AC not working.

Well for the longest the AC in my car has not worked. I usually didn't care and just rolled with the windows/top down. Turns out though chicks like to have the AC as an option regardless of the conditions. The compressor now refuses to come on and I know I have around 34 psi in the lines (thanks to the scan master) so I have enough R134a. I was wondering does this sound like a problem with one of the pressure switches?

could be pressure switch, dash switch, compressor, or relay

Is their anyway I could narrow the list down? The one good thing about working at a parts house is that I'm free to use the trial and error method.

Yeah I really wish I had one of those GM diagnostic machines that the dealer has right now.

What is normally the issue when it turns on and blows air but it is not cold at all?
