Does anybody know where to buy/look at/download a complete assembly manuel for a 94 Z? Looking mainly for interior, wiring, body, but if you know where to find a complete one, I would apreciate it.

go to your local automotive store and find a chilton manuel there...

Yep, Chilton manuals are pretty good. I wouldn't use one as anything more than just a guide though. It's not super uncommon for them to slip and have something in there that isn't quite correct. Overall though they give pretty good info and will give you an idea of what you're doing.

Do a search for a FSM (factory service manual).
Some times you can get the disk for a reasonable price.
