Auto Scanner's
Auto Scanner's
I'm looking at getting a AutoScanner. I had the ignition module go out on tuesday and it cost me a pretty penny to get it fixed. If I had known that it was the ignition module I could have done it myself for a 1/4 of the cost. I don't know if having this scanner would have told me that was the problem or not since I have not used one.
I am looking at the Actron CP9145 Super AutoScanner.

Has anybody used this one or can you suggest any others?
Thanks for any info on this.

thats what we have at work (advance auto) to use on peoples cars.. very easy use and reliable, id suggest it. Id buy one but i have one at my uncles garage and i have that one at work at my use whenever i want it..
So would this scanner have told me that it was the ignition module that had gone bad by a code and then I would have to look it up in the service manual?
It looks like the ScanMaster is only made for the LT1 or LS1. I have the L32 3.4L.
