Bad Torque Converter Affect Dyno #s?

Will a bad torque converter affect dyno numbers? My TC has trouble disengaging from a stop.

Yes, even a different stall can change numbers.

a bad converter can if it slips more. A different stall will not effect hp it just effects the way it gets to the ground
