Hey man what a shame. But let me tell u that the most important thing is that you're ok. Hearing that thing u said from the cops should make u feel better, they see all kind of **** everyday, they know what they're talking about, so ur really really lucky.
An like A-Ron said, learn from it and start over again. We don't give up that easy and have all the life to run many projects. Take extra care next time!.

Dude considering that's a convertible and how bad that door is ****** up...you are really, really lucky! You can always replace a car, even if it is your toy, but if you get messed up, there is no replacing you, and the car doesn't really matter anymore.

damn man!!! Somebody up there said take the car and not you, just be thankful for that. It might blow that you lost your car, but they can be replaced. Just learn from your mistakes and hopefully never make them again

I feel for you man...It must hurt to put that much work into something only to have it taken away from you. Like everyone else said, it's good to hear that you are ok. Sounds like third Gen would be your best bet due to having alot of aftermarket parts already acquired. But then again, you could part it out to gain back some of the cash spent. Whatever happens, Good Luck!
