I've heard alot of horror stories about pre-modded cars having serious probs.

I'm sure there are exceptions to every rule, but I decided not to take any chances.

Sorry- I know what its like to lose a car- its sucks. But in the end I ended up with a car I like better and I'm sure you will too-

As far as modding goes- it depends on what you are wanting in the end- If you only want a small bolt-on car get a stock one. If you are looking for a monster motor car perhaps getting some big ticket items out of the way first isn't such a bad idea.

some people are just weaners. everybody was really nice about this until this guy on tgo was like i dont think posi would have made it any better, it just would have made it slide out easier and after this u wanna get a 4th gen t/a...i dont think your ready yet. a 4th gen v6 may even be too much for you to handle. ********. if only he knew all the **** i could do in my car when i was actually trying to and do it flawlessly. my friend levi said the only people he trusts to drive his car is me and his brother b/c all of our other friends have like fast cars but they dont know how to handle them. they just have been lucky and haven't crashed yet. my friend levi used to ride with me a couple times before i even had my license and always bragged to everyone what a good driver i was. i know how cars react to certain conditions meaning wet roads or anything like that and what kind of power and everythign the car has. i know that i could never do any fishtailing like that in my truck b/c my steering radius is way suckier. i know that my dads car acura cant handle going faster than 120 even though i have gone 145 in it. i learn from experience. i will never drive that fast again in any car. and the actual reason why i crashed was because i hit the brakes and my car just slid off the road. i really dont know where im getting with this just ranting.

ill copy what i told him over here. kinda long. sorry, i got carried away. well first heres what he said and then what i said in return.

what do you mean next time? if u really knew me u wouldn't even be saying that. i know how to handle a car. i know how to drive. really the reason i crashed was because i tried hitting the brakes and thats why my car slid off the road really stupid on my part but w/e. if i didn't do that i probly could have regained control. if u knew even half of the stuff i have pulled off while driving cars u wouldn't be saying that. just because im a kid doesn't mean i dont know how to drive. i have driven cars that are way faster than mine before and i know what real power is. just because a car has more power doesn't mean that an accident would be worse than this. i should have died in this accident according to just about everyone who saw my car and saw the scene of the accident. and aren't newer cars safer? meaning airbags and such. my car was like the weakest car strength wise. if i hit that pole in any other car the same way i bet it wouldn't be half as bad. my car is a third gen for one and a convertible which have like no bracing at all. think about what you just said to me. even the pros crash sometimes.
i didn't get a ticket or anything since the road was wet and it wasn't totally my fault since i wasn't speeding or anything.

i did learn a lot from this car. if i end up getting another f body like the formula i am looking at i would baby it so much. i would never do burnouts or anything harmful to the car b/c now i know what can happen.

on another note. i found out today my pelvis is broken in two places and i have to go back monday to check my spine.

don't even listen to douches like that, really.. don't even read one little sentence they pull out of their ***. It is not worth your time. People like that think they know it all, and i absolutely CANT stand that.

even the pros wreck my friend, it can happen to anyone

it just pissed me off b/c he had no idea what he was saying. he pretty much said a car with posi is harder to control while fishtailing and that having a faster car will make me die

I am sorry for the loss man. I couldn't imagine loosing my car like that. I'm glad you're ok. You need to get another 3rd gen though. There are so many that are trashed, and it looked like that one was coming along so well. I Think that a really well put together 3rd gen is one of the nicest f-bodys out there. Keep on keepin on. lol

Man that's exactly why I stay around here so much...because every other forum I've been on/am a part of has tons of trolls that have nothing to do but sling **** and talk a bunch of crap to ppl all day. They know they can say whatever they want and in the end it's only the internet, you don't know who they are, and they're prob five states away so they feel safe talking their ****. The same kinda ppl that wouldn't say anything to your face if they met you because they're gay and afraid they'd get KTFO (at least w/ me cause I have a really bad temper lol). Pay them no mind man...that's what they live for, getting a reaction out of ppl.
