Cam Kit
I'm not sure if I'll go with a new cam or not but I've b een doing some research. I have a local friend(Owns a '96 Grand Sport, '02 427ci Z06, and a cammed/bolton '06 Z06), that's trying to talk me into an LG cam kit. I know they have a really high quality kit and such but they want over $1300 for their kit. I'm also looking at TSP that sells their cam kits for just under $600. It's a HUGE difference in price but not a big difference in parts. LG does come with a little more but not a huge amount really.
Am I stupid for wanted to save the money and buy via TSP instead of LG? Or is it simply you get what you pay for?

This local friend... You should hoax him into giving me one of his 3 (THREE) corvettes. I KNOW he doesnt have time to use them all equally... I could take the burden off his shoulders for fair treatment

I'm hearing a lot of good things about Lou's cam right now but I'll keep researching until I click the Buy button.
I'm talking to Outlaw to see what they can do for me as well.

I'm currently talking to Straightline Performance and it looks like I'll be buying my cam from there. They are giving me the best price.

I'm going to install 4.10's at the same time to take full advange of it. Since I will lose some low end power with a cam I want to overcome that by getting it up in the RPM range faster.
